Prior to joining Covington Associates, David was Executive Director at Boston Healthcare Associates, where he focused on technical evaluation of new technologies and markets, opportunity assessment, valuation and business development. David's experience spans many areas of health care including drugs, biologics, devices and diagnostics. David brings an understanding of the health care system from pre-clinical evaluation of new technologies through launch planning and reimbursement. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Immunology from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, a Ph.D. in Tumor Immunology from the University of Sheffield, England, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College, Wellesley, MA. David lives with his wife and son in Scituate where he spends most of his spare time renovating a money pit of an 18th century farm house. In his free time David enjoys snowboarding, exploring the U.S. and watching British TV when feeling homesick.
