Chicago (March 9, 1999) – Whittman-Hart, Inc. (NASDAQ: WHIT), one of the nation’s leading providers of information technology (IT) consulting and systems-integration services for middle-market and growing companies, today announced the acquisition of Waterfield Technology Group, a Boston-based integrated business and technology solutions firm and strategic business partner of Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), a global management consulting firm.
