TNCO acquired by Symmetry Medical

Covington Associates LLC acted as financial advisor to TNCO, an outsourced manufacturer of precision surgical instruments, in its sale to Symmetry Medical (NYSE: SMA), a leading medical device contract manufacturer to the orthopedic market.  This transaction is Covington Associates' fourth in the medical device contract manufacturing space.
