GRAFTcath has sold a minority interest to Boston Scientific

Covington Associates LLC has acted as the sell-side advisor to GRAFTcath, Inc. in its sale of a minority interest of the company to Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX), one of the world's largest medical device companies. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
