EPIQ has acquired nMatrix, Inc.

EPIQ Systems (NASDAQ: EPIQ) has announced the acquisition of nMatrix, Inc., a leading electronic discovery products and services provider. Covington Associates LLC initiated the $125 million transaction and advised EPIQ on the acquisition.
