ArcStream acquired by Keane, Inc.

Covington Associates announced that it has acted as an exclusive advisor to ArcStream Solutions, Inc., a business and information technology consulting firm, in its sale to Keane, Inc.(NYSE: KEA), a provider of information technology and business process services.
